Shipping and Delivery Service.

We keep stock on certain items, to ensure that we have your selected product or products available immediately for delivery, where possible.

Shipping Nationwide – All major centres and regional areas

We currently deliver nationwide from our warehouse in Johannesburg, using some of South Africa’s well-known courier companies, like Courier Guy, Internet Express, Skynet, Ram and Fastnet. The service is facilitated by the Bob Go Group.

Economy delivery

• Within 3 – 7 working days (rates will vary according to weight of product and your delivery location)
• Delivery costs are calculated at check out and added to your total purchase value.
• Your delivery status can be tracked online, and you can receive email updates informing you of progress and delivery arrangements.

Gauteng area only

There are products within our range that require assembly and /or installation and we recommend that if you live within the Gauteng area that you choose our serviced delivery method. These products are flagged on the product pages and assembly instructions are shown on the website.

Delivery with assembly & installation service

• Within 10 – 14 working days or suitable time to be scheduled with you.
• You will receive a notification email with details to decide arrangements.
• Fixed rate of R450 (including delivery cost).
• Should your product require assembly and/or installation and you would like to make use of our trained service handymen to do the assembly and installation for you, our skilled staff will make sure that your product is properly assembled, placed where you want it and installed according to your wishes at a time scheduled by you.
• Packaging will be removed for recycling purposes should you require this.

Self-collection

• Should you wish to collect your purchases yourself, you are welcome to choose this option.
• Collect from the KusudiCo shop in Melrose Arch Galleria, Corner Melrose Boulevard & Crescent Drive, Birnam, 2196.
• You will receive a notification email with details about deciding arrangements and contact personnel.
• Opening and closing times of the store will be confirmed.

Return & refund

If you wish to return your item, you may return it within a 5-day period (see terms and conditions in our returns & refunds policy) at no extra cost, other than the initial delivery cost. Handling costs will apply to returns of an assembly & installation delivery, if we must come back to collect (see terms and conditions in our returns & refunds policy). Product must be in the condition you received it, disassembled for return purposes and in its original packaging. We will send you shipping labels (waybill) with all details included. Please add your name, contact number and original invoice number on the shipping label.
