Returns & refunds policy

Your feedback is essential and important to us so that we can understand how to improve our levels of product quality and service. We have tried to make communication quick and easy with the feedback forms provided. If you need any further information on returns and refunds, please feel free to get in touch with us.

Damaged Goods at Delivery

  • Please report any damages or irregularities to the delivery team, or email letschat@kusudico.co.za giving details of the problem within 24 hours of delivery. We cannot accept any responsibility after this time.
  • We will send you a Product Non-Conformance Communication form to complete and return to us with photos of the problem and we will decide on the appropriate action (return/repair/no further action).
  • We will review the claim and revert within 24 hours with our decision and the planned next steps.

Returns and Refunds

  • If you wish to return your item, you may return it within a 5-day period at no extra cost, other than the initial delivery cost and the assembly and installation cost, if you made use of this service.
  • Product must be in good condition, not damaged, in original packaging and disassembled for return purposes.
  • Please complete the Request a Refund or Exchange form under the contact us tab. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, please let us know how we can help!

Returns & refunds options

  • If an incorrect item is delivered, we will arrange delivery of the correct item and collection of the incorrect item at no charge to you.
  • If a faulty item is received by you, we will arrange repair or exchange of the item, or issue a credit and full refund.
  • Other returns within the 5 days period will be accepted provided there is no damage to the item, it is in the same condition it was delivered and in its original packaging, we will gladly exchange or refund your money, less delivery charge.
  • If you made use of our assembly and installation service team and you are not happy after the work has been completed, you can request a refund. We will credit you for the product, however, the assembly & installation charges will still apply.
  • Should you decide a few days later, but within the 5-day period that you are not happy with a product that was assembled and installed by our service team, we will credit you for the product. Provided there is no damage to the product. In addition to the initial charges, a handling and collection charge will apply.
